The scope of the word health is very wide. It means well-being at all the levels of existence, e.g. physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and divine. Physically one should be fully active without and physical ailments, all the sense organs, e.g. sight, taste, hearing smelling and touch should be in order and likewise all the work organs,e.g. hands, feet, tongue and mouth, restum and reproductive organs should be healthy. At this level, there is appearance of stable divine light which is a progressive phenomenon. One become a divine tool expressing divinity in his actions an behaviour. Matter is the gross manifestation of divine consciousness. Inspiration may be had from the lives of those great men who have made their name shine in the history through their enviable achievements. A great personality has remarkably stated as under for our emulation.

When we start thinking high, our mind is tuned to the higher spirits which would guide us as to how we have to proceed to attain the desired result. By untiring hard work and loveful relations with fellow-beings, success would follow working on the lines of guidance coming from the higher entities. Destination and objectives would be realized. We have to advance further and further, and make new targets so as to achieve them. In this way, we have to become a divine vehicle of success which should become a source of inspiration for others, thus revolution of progress can be brought in the whole humanity.
Swami Vivekananda has said that Lakshmi is applied Saraswati. It means that we should have more and more sup-to-date knowledge of our subject and then work hard continuously without the least sense of boredom. Once a man is accustomed to attaining knowledge and working hard, there is no limit to his success which becomes an unlimited phenomenon, Man, being a portion of the Supreme Lord, has unlimited power, knowledge and qualities. It is the foremost duty of everybody to materialize the divinity in himself, which is very much possible and that can be done by tuning oneself to the almighty Lord who is the source of sources. Some of the techniques are given below for contemplation and practice.
1. Always feel the presence of the Lord. Never feel alone. Whenever there is any problem, close your eyes gently and pray mentally to the Lord to guide and provide the solution. Keep concentration above the head. Sit for sometime peacefully and wait for divine guidance. With due practice, you would attain the art of seeking intellectual solution to every problem. This is a tried technique. In the beginning, the process may be done while going to hec at night. By and by, one becomes so musch turned to the Almighty by His grace that solution precedes problem. For such a person, problems cease to exist. He rather becomes an instrument of solving problems of the others, such is the beauty of this technique.

Please fix your objective and imagine that your aim is being realized. Practise for five minutes. Then try to make the picture of your targeted aim. In due course, image of realization f your aim would be formed. This is very helpful for getting good marks and achieving your goal. Of Course, you will have to work very hard. The more your work hard, you would get inner energy and joy. You will become divine channel of work.
Improvement in Memory
The procedure of retentive memory is explained as under for practice.
1. Read the subject matter properly.
2. Note down the main points in the exercise blog.
3. Memorize the lesson in the normal way. Then close the eyes gently meditatively and memorize the lesson with closed eyes. The material memorized is thus permanently fitted in the mental computer, it can be recalled back any time in life, it does not escape memory.
On the next day, memorize the lesson of that day with the new method of memory, when the material has been memorized, the last day’s memory may be recalled which will come back immediately. In the same way on the third day, first memorize the lesson of the third day and then recall the memory of the last two days. The procedure can be extended to week, month and year and to the full span of life. There would be no pressure at the time of examination and the students would be high achievers of marks. This method is known as the technique of memory by consciousness as devised by the author.
Technique of determination and prayer
Practical exercise of determination and prayer is as under:
“I will get % marks and shall make my life divine, Lord help me, Protect me and guide me.”
This exercise of determination and prayer is to be done four times a day. Once at the time of going to bed at night, second while getting up early in the morning and two times during day time. This By this exercise, student’s mind is tuned to higher divine souls, his mind becomes very powerful and always in bliss peace with divine qualities. The students are advised to increase their marks in the current year by 20% who are in the lower range, and those in the middle range are to increase their marks by 15% and those in the upper range are to increase their marks by 5-10%.
Control over Sex
You should not be slave to base desire of sex. Have perfect contral over this animal instinct. The procedure is very simple. Whenever there arises in your mind the desire of sex. Close your eyes, meditate upon peace, remove the ghost of sex with your power of determination and call for divine help. The sex will go away, you will become master of sex.
The following meditations are very useful for expansion of consciousness;
Think of vastness of sky.
Think of shining sun, moon, stars and feel them in your inner-self.
Think that you are blossoming like flower.
Love yourself, love your country, love humanity, love divinity.
Please meditate upon Peace, Power, Heat Light Force, Bliss, Love oneness, Beauty, Harmony, Sweetness, Softness. Stable peace is the base of divine power and qualities.
The practice of the above techniques of meditation will make your life sublime and divine.
Meditate for ten minutes before going to sleep. It will improve the quality of your sleep. In lesser duration of sleep, you will get more rest and strength. The time saved in sleep may be utilized for meditation, concentration and studies or any other productive job. Meditate after getting up in the morning. Try to sleep early at night and get up early in the morning for studies. The period spent in sleep before mid-night is very refreshing and beneficial, studies made in the early hours of morning are properly assimilated, understood and fixed in memory. Moreover, one can study more in the morning hours as compared to late night studies.
Keep yourself healthy, physically, mentally and emotionally, Always remain peaceful. Take balanced diet. As far possible, milk, fruit end vegetables may be taken in good quantity. Avoid junk food to the maximum possible. Also devote sometime to bodily exercises. The body exercises may be done with full concentration and consciousness peacefully.

There should be a sense of oneness between the teacher and students. There should be no fear in the minds of students but natural respect and love. The teacher should be sweet, soft and polite without any sense of ego. There should be no place for rebuke and punishment of any kind in education. The education institutions should become divine centers of manifesting divinity upon earth.

PURPOSE OF EDUCATION
The real purpose of education is all-round development of personality. One should make high aim and continue throughout life to achieve the aim with hard work and efforts. After achieving one aim. New aim should be fixed and realized. In this way, life should be continuous process of realizing new aims which should set an example for others to have inspiration. Everybody has unlimited hidden divine power, virtues and knowledge. These are to be developed. The following words of divine mother are noteworthy:
An aimless life is miserable life,
Everything that has been done is always nothing compared to what remain to be done.
Do not look behind. Look ahead, always ahead and go forward always.
A man becomes what he thinks. Always make your aim high, make firm determination to achieve the aim and pray to the supreme Lord to help you in realizing your aim. You will get divine help, guidance and intelligence to materialize the desired aim. Work hard without any sense of boredom and fatigue. Whenever you feel fatigue and tiredness, meditate, concentrate and call for divine energy. In a few minutes, you would be charged with tireless unlimited energy. Later on feel that both the sides of head have become peaceful, and then feel peace in the back side of head and upper part of head. Then feel peace in eyes from outside, inside. Similarly, All Organs, e.g. ears, nose, mouth, face, lips, tongue, throat, neck are to be felt as a statue of peace, in this way, the whole portion from head to throat will become peaceful. Remain in this position for five minutes, then make the portion between throat and chest and also back side of chest peaceful. Remain in this position for two minutes. Then make peaceful the area below from chest to lower portion of abdomen along with backside of spinal chord till lower end. Remain in this position for two minutes. The effect of peace in the upper portion of the body will also spread to thighs, knees, legs, feet, arms and hands.
Your whole body will become an embodiment of peace. Then place your hands upon the eyes gently and open the eyes with a smiling face.
Whenever you feel any negative thing in your mind, do the meditation of peace for a few moments. Your mind will become fresh and peaceful. Whenever you find free time, please practice meditation of peace. It has unlimited benefits in development of your personality.

Concentration has tremendous power. No obstacle can stand before the power of concentration. Through concentration, everything can be attained. The concentration increases your mental power. The practice of concentration is very simple. Please do as under:
Close your eyes gently. Pray to the Lord to help you. Put your hand on you chest. Feel that an all pin is fixed in the middle of the chest which is the place of individual soul in the human body which is blissful and is a spark of divine light. Concentrate upon the all pin imagined in the middle of the chest with due efforts. Whenever mind goes away, bring it to the all pin. With few attempts, your concentration will be obtained, in the beginning; this exercise of concentration may be done for two minutes only. Later on, it should be increased by an by. Concentration is very useful for every activity in life. It is a divine boon for everybody.
Please CONCENTRATE-CONCENTRATE-CONCENTRATE. Through concentration be united with the Supreme Lord.
