The scope of the word health is very wide. It means well-being at all the levels of existence, e.g. physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and divine. Physically one should be fully active without and physical ailments, all the sense organs, e.g. sight, taste, hearing smelling and touch should be in order and likewise all the work organs,e.g. hands, feet, tongue and mouth, restum and reproductive organs should be healthy. The emotions and feelings should be under control and one should have positive feelings of love, unity, transparency etc. without any negativity, e.g. anger, jealousy, hatred etc. the mind should be pure and under control. There should be no movement of past and future thoughts in the mind. It should be balanced, perfectly peaceful and silent. Silent and immobile mind is the source of sources, e.g. unlimited divine energy, innovative intelligence, free from all the problems of life. Such a silent mind is the solver of all types of problems. Divine intelligence pours through such divine mind. At this level, there is appearance of stable divine light which is a progressive phenomenon. One become a divine tool expressing divinity in his actions an behaviour. Next stage is that one is always tuned to Almighty Supreme Lord who is unlimited beyond description. Life divine is ife perfect ever progressive at all the levels of existence including material one. Matter is the gross manifestation of divine consciousness. Through reflection of unlimited Supreme Lord, we have to progress constantly at all the levels of our existence to bring about new world order where truth, bliss, peace, human values, love, transparency, teamwork spirit, concern for others, sense of oneness and belongingness would prevail and there would be no place for any negativity of mind. E.g. jealousy, hatred division, conflict, greed, ignorance, ego, selfishness etc. this is very much possible and this is only purpose of juman life. Until and unless this position is obtained, life is worthless despite all the physical and material attainments.

The enormous progress of science and inclination of the people New World Order”. It is incumbent upon all of us to give momentum to establishment of this new movement by devoting ourselves sincerely with zeal, dedication, perseverance, surrender and with certitude of victory, of course with patience. A simple technique of meditation is given below which would help us in our spiritual and divine journey.
Meditation is the art of tuning to unlimited almighty Supreme Lord who is purr existence, unlimited continuous energy, awareness, intelligence, peace, bliss, love, harmony. Etc. A man becomes what he thinks. Please practice as under:
Please close your eyes gently and pray to the lord for bestowing life Divine. Sit silently for five minutes forgetting everything and wait for the grace of the Almighty Supreme Lord falling from all sides. You will bathe in peace, which you had never previously experienced in you life. This will totally transform your life. This will lead to equipoise ness/evenness of mind. Whenever there is any disturbance in mind, apply this technique, you will attain emancipation from the dualities of mind. After attainment of peace, you can call for energy, bliss, innovative intelligence and solution to all the problems of life. It may please by kept in mind that peace is the source of coerces. We have to make all the parts of our body peaceful and immobile from the head to feet. This is most tried technique and is very much effective. Though this technique and is very much effective. Though this technique of immobility of body, all the diseases can be cured and in due course, there would be no need of any medicine. All the medicines and foods are prepared from five elements of nature, e.g. earth, water, fire air and ether. This supreme energy, the technique of which has been explained above, is the creator of these five elements of nature when you have made direct connection with Supreme Power, what is the need and utility of lower elements which are subject to change. The supreme power is abundant in supply increasing every moment without any wear and tear.

All are requested to practice this golden technique. Later on, one should do maximum work without any sense of ego and selfishness for the benefit of the humanity as a service to the Divine breaking all the petty, barriers of caste, creed, religion, nationality etc. which have been created out of ignorance.
